Thomas J. Kent Jr., Managing Partner and head of finance and development - has over 10 years experience in the investment banking field. He has worked for major Wall Street firms as well as small firms. He has done over one billion dollars worth of transactions in his 10 year career in investment banking. He belongs to several civic organizations in New York City. He is also a partner in an import/export firm that deals in fine art, gold and diamonds.  He enjoys horseback riding and golf.

    Seán Milroy, Managing Partner Emeritus of research and marketing - has over 20 years experience in business and marketing. His background includes senior executive management positions with charitable funding and fiduciary management firms with offices in Metro New York and Central Florida. He was instrumental in building a local charitable funding enterprise from a small regional group to a national network operating in all fifty States and Canada. He later served as president and CEO of a major national fiduciary management company, and also as CEO of a commercial mortgage holding company.  He has been a corporate training consultant and motivational speaker for business and marketing professionals across the US.  He is also an editor for a non-profit Internet media foundation and enjoys deep sea fishing and baseball.

Education
He is a graduate of the State University of New York. He majored in Electronics and Computer programming and is also a Certified Front Office Manager.

    Daniel Epstein, Managing Partner - has over 6 years experience in commercial real estate funding projects, investment banking, and funding startup companies.  He has raised over 350 million dollars in funding.  He also enjoys fishing and travel.

    Larry Greenberg, Managing Partner - has been an investment banker for over 10 years. He has worked for several of the largest firms on Wall Street, and brings a wealth of experience in private equity management.  He also enjoys golf, polo and football. 

    Kenny Sun, Managing Director - has been in banking for over 20 years both in the United States and China. He has done over  250 million dollars in loan transactions in his banking career and brings a wealth of experience in the Asia/Pacific market.  He also enjoys travel and golf.
